People are the heart of our business
They are our greatest asset and we believe in our duty to invest in them to ensure that we create a welcoming and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
With a shared sense of purpose and via strategies that include industry-leading equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), professional development, and health and wellbeing, we are a values-driven business that puts people first.
Building an inclusive culture takes teamwork. Our employee-led working groups and networks have supported positive changes in our business, including greater diversity and focus on key topics such as mental health, neurodiversity, sexuality, ethnicity, and the role of parents and carers. That ethos - of care and consideration to all who work for and with us – is reflected not just in the way we treat our people, but in the way they behave. Responsibly, strategically, with pride, and with a genuine desire to do the right thing.
